Pictures: Upload your images to Image Shack.
Copy the direct link to image and paste it between two img tags:

Code:

[img]http://www.example.com/image.png[/img]

If the image is not the right format save it as a .PNG in preview or Paint.

Movies: Upload your movie to YouTube and post the provided embed code

Files: Upload your file to Filefront and post the provided file URL. Only .zip files are accepted.
