The phrase "cox box" doesn't make you giggle.

You stick water bottles in your shorts for no reason at all.

Every time you sit in a chair you are mildly surprised to discover that it doesn't slide back and forth.

Ten signs that your cox might be stoned...

1. Goes the entire race without saying a word.
2. Starts in lane 1 and ends up in lane 6.
3. Calls the sprint 500 meters into the race just to see what would happen.
4. Weaves in and out of the lane markers like a downhill skier.
5. Calls a power 10 and forgets strokes 4, 7 and 9.
6. Keeps pointing out that racing shells look like giant doobies.
7. Becomes frightened of the stroke, screams, and jumps out of the boat. (sounds like someone I know...)
8. Tries to contact extraterrestrial life through the cox box.
9. Prefers lower ratings (like 12).
10. Gets lost on the way to the starting line.
