Reputation system added, you can add or subtract rep with the +/- signs in the upper right corner of everyone's posts. Reputation should be used when you approve of a user's post or disapprove.
I've also cleaned up messages by disabling appearances of some profile options.

Oh, and there's a 10 rep per day, and 1 rep every 60 seconds limit.
