This is still a wip. I just started it this evening and I got this far. about a couple of hours of experimentation with masterchief's bitmaps, and about an hour of putting it together(the sky, pose, water, etc.). https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img87/9474/sceneje0.png. The pier/boardwalk is definintely the only part that is not completed yet. Ignore those boards for now even though they look bad. :/

why is this in WIP? I know it's working in process but it's still qualified as a graphic.. I thought mods belong here..
