My first gfx tutorial (on blending options)

I've done modeling tutorials but never gfk tutorials for photoshop. This one is on blending options where there are many possibilities. However, I only state a few. The rest you'll have to explore on your own or read other tutorials. That's the only way you can learn.

is photoshop free or does it cost alot?

Erm... costs a lot (I have CS1 which is not as much as CS2 or 3 but any adobe photoshop might cost a lot). I think CS1 was 200 dollars a year ago. You can google up GIMP which is like photoshop but less sophisticated, but following this tut will be extremely difficult.

god. Is it worth it?

If you're going to use it well and enjoy it like I do, of course it is (and if you don't have any other open priorities of your liking).
Plus, it's difficult to get nowadays. CS1 is pretty old and it looks like the only thing you can buy on adobe.com is CS3 or Elements (elements is really basic and you won't meet your needs there, like for schools n stuff).


EDIT: oi poop, there's some left on amazon.com but they're a fortune. CS3 costs less than this (I think it's more expensive only cuz it's for the mac).
