Also...
There is a sunken ship in the southeast corner of the map, and there is a safe inside it.
Good stuff, I found that on my own. However, if you're level 30, you need a lockpick skill of 100 to open it.

Has anyone else noticed the biogas canisters (grenades) suck dick?
