I finished waffling it and started playing... it's my favorite DLC so far! The new area is huge and looks great, and the quest line is epic.

You can't interact with them because they are always hostile no matter what, but they do say things like "R JOO LOST OUTSADDER?" or "YOU LOSE OUTSADDUH".
