My Halo 1 Remakes

As you know, Halo 3's Soundtrack revitalized parts of Halo 1's MIDI soundtracks (If you listen carefully, you can hear that most of the instruments are MIDI, albeit high quality MIDI). However, most of the songs were broken apart into pieces.

So, I ripped the songs apart from the OST and put them back together. They sound quite good. I want you guys to hear these remakes and tell me how you like them. Each one is available for individual download from my filefront account.

Also included are some pieces of Halo 3 songs I liked.

A Walk In the Woods

Brothers in Arms (With a little extra)

Brothers in Arms (Same as above, but some extra content at the end. It's Alright.

The Halo 1 Brothers in Arms Song exactly how it was supposed to be.

Drumbeat, a little fanfare of drums.

Drumbeat2, just like Drumbeat 1, but with a different background.

The Beginning Song from the Ark, "Farthest Outpost."

Rue and Woe, a truly beautiful song.

Truth and Reconciliation V2 is my flagship song, remaking the epic song from Halo 1.

Under Cover of Night. It's a bit different from the original, but it still has the same feeling as the original.

Drop. It's basically the same as Farthest Outpost, but a bit extended.

Perilous Journey. Clean and good as ever.

Enough Dead Heroes. This is a bit shabby because of Garageband's, *ahem*, limitations.

KHinsider has been a ultimate resource, but the few things it doesn't have are the few things I want.

have you ever listened to the other songs??? On a pale horse is good, i don't deny that, but it is not the best.....in my opinion.

you did an utterly fantastic job recreating one of the best (and longest) halo 1 songs, congrats, you just got on the "people who will never be threatened by me" list (dennis will get this more then other people, trust me, its a rather large honor, sort of)

i dont like any of the remakes, the originals are better.
