lol, thats what our team was singing when we got our insanley short shorts on before the meet yesterday.

before you ask what i place, ill let you know that i cramped up in the middle and had to do a slow jog for most of it, i usually don't suck so bad as to get 50th out of 100+ kids...oh well, ill do much much better next race (saturday). of course, i have FIVE meets in the next FOURTEEN days...i sense extreme leg pain coming, i already have a shin splint in my right leg.

My team runs like 3 - 5 miles a day... and the meets are about 3 miles. What about you?

exactly the same, but im guessing that your races are sometimes 3k (3.1 miles) thats the usual length for us...of course that only .1 of a mile more.
