Hmm... well, I'm about half done with all of the assets and engine code, which generally takes a lot longer than actually building the levels. This weekend I'll finish up the Noon character sprites, and hopefully start working on the Azel sprites as well. Then, I need to optimize my battle engine and start making some NPC sprites (which won't take nearly as long as the character sprite).
So maybe more like 15%, but things should speed up soon.
