I think that all of these personality types say that they are only like 2% of the population to make people who get them feel special... I haven't seen one with more than 3%.

You're forgetting something. The higher the population, the lower the percentage. Technically if you have 10 people and 50% are drug addicts, and change the amount of people 400 with other variables, the percentage changes to 5% which is the same amount of people in the group of 10.
