My Fallout 3 = broken... I've been playing for about 200 hours and the game suddenly decided to crash every time I save. It's probably a mod conflict, but I have so many active mods it's going to take forever to find...

because I feel like saving you alot of time, try unchecking all the mods the first time and saving just to see if it is indeed a mod problem.

I have around 100 mods, most of which are essential to my save games... I can't figure out what mods are conflicting.

That's why you back up your data folder every time you install large mods.
