AZUMANGA DAIOH

Hey guys, i know i haven't been posting on the forum much lately (11 months?) so whats up

Anyways to the point, I finally watched all 26 episodes (some twice) of Azumanga Daioh that u gave me sam...

at first I thought wtf is this, but as i saw more and more of Mr. Kimura annoy Kaorin (LOL!) and Tomo yelling, I couldn't draw myself away.

After finishing all the episodes i searched for more only to learn that sadly, the series ended quite some time ago, but they supposedly are making a few more chapters http://wonderland.schala.net/index.php?showtopic=7524

So, have any of you heard of anything new being made, or perhaps even a site that I can read in english?

It looks like they're celebrating the manga's tenth anniversary by making a few new stories... I don't know if they will be animated or published in the US.

Also, a new box set of the anime is coming out in the US later this year, and the manga is being re-released with a new translation.

it saddens me when i see shows like spongebob still airing, while Azumanga Daioh stops after 26 episodes/4 books

Also, if you're done with Azu I'd move on to Yotsuba, which is basically the same fucking thing (I have most of manga from both series; I can attest).

Can i borrow any of the books you have? I looked into Yotsuba a little and im downloading Lucky Star wondering if it's any good too, ever read/watched it?

Lucky Star is only for the hardcore anime viewer. That being said I haven't watched the whole thing, but from what I've seen it's pretty funny.
