Spartan Team Omega...

As i hope most of you have played halowars, and completed all the missions...
In the last cintematic you get to see the Spirit of Fire fly off into space, and then End Transmission, but what happens to the crew, and more importantly the spartan team that was onboard? Cause dont they say that Master Chief is the Last Spartan? And were the heck is Chiefs team?

Could they have left these questions open for a follow up or are we just gonna have to ponder this for the rest of our lives?

The Flood, around five times.

Ghosts of Onyx, easily ten times.

Contact Harvest, twice and a half.

Cole Protocol, twice.

Also Marathon.

I've read them all except Contact Harvest and Cole Protocol.

In my opinion, Marathon is one of the best science fiction stories ever, including non-videogame stories.

Sorry if this is bumping, but dude the Mass Effect story beats even startrek in story (you guys have seen the Mass Effect 2 trailer right?)

there's one company of spartans left, gamma company, consisting of 3 teams, one KIA and two still active, Team Saber and Team Katana. Team Katana contains 5 spartan- III's, whose names have not yet been revealed, and team saber contained 5, 2 KIA. Team saber now consists of SPARTAN-G099: Ash-Leader, Olivia and mark. They are all still alive, trapped in a dyson sphere.

And on top of that, there are 3 Spartan II's trapped inside a micro dyson sphere; linda, kelly, and fred.

John is considered to be the only spartan because he is the only one that can fulfill the UNSC's commands.

Well, not so wrong, but you missed a couple points

You forgot the rest of Gamma company. Gamma company is not just 3 teams of five each. Each company has three hundred Spartans in it. The rest have been deployed, and, if they're useful SPARTAN-III's, they're dead from a suicide mission. The three spare teams were competing for top honors. This I'm not sure of. Nothing has been confirmed of the rest of Gamma, so I'm not going to definitively say anything on the matter.

You also made it sound like Saber and Katana were in a separate slipspace-encased Dyson sphere from the rest of Blue Team. They aren't. They're all together with Dr. Catherine Halsey, mother of the SPARTAN-II project and Chief Petty Officer Franklin Mendez, trainer for both the SPARTAN-II and III projects.

Also, Team Katana, while with everyone, is in forced hibernation in slipspace-encased pods. They're currently trying to figure a way to get Katana out of those pods.
