I just saw it with ahr... thought it was amazing!

Anyone else seen it?

Fox, ect. killed the Halo movie, so they gave Blomkamp the money to make District 9...

Yeah I heard about how District 9 was supposed to be Halo..

Don't know anybody who's seen it yet besides you. Looks real good from the trailers (there are like 7 trailers...) and I'm going to see it Monday.

By the way it's like almost three o fucking clock here. Not planning on going to sleep.. Not by choice either.. fuuuuuuuck on boring ass facebook all night.

A Halo movie may happen actually... I don't know if this is BS or not so don't get your hopes up.

I almost hope they don't make it... Halo has a good story, but wouldn't make a good movie... they'd have to make the MC have character, ect.

If they pull it off, it'll be awesome. If they fail it, suicide.

Saw it last night, liked it a lot, but a couple of facts that were necessary for the story to make sense were missing.

Just saw District 9. Pretty damn good movie. Didn't expect there to be that much emotion and all. I don't even really watch sci-fi movies (the only other good one I might've seen was Blade Runner) and I liked it.

Yeah, the trailer I saw made it look like a standard action movie... which wasn't the case at all.

Yeah the movie made me want to watch something 'not-sad' like a comedy or anything that'll make me laugh because it sort of put me in that mood.

Now Inglourious Basterds is being released tomorrow and I'm hoping I can see it before the summer ends. I don't think you can really go wrong with Tarantino..

Any movie that involves Nazi killing gets an automatic thumbs up

This movie easily made one of my top ones this summer, followed closely by Inglorious Basterds. (that is spelled the right way, they changed it for the movie for some reason)
