Admin Lockout...

Okay so fo school i bought this 800 dollar netbook,
so i would be compatable with the schools network and programs (instead of getting a mac (i didnt have enough funds) and getting windows on parallels or bootcamp), but anyways today i
was gonna try and print something
from my little netbook, so i plugged it into my printer and it said it needed to fetch the driver rutines (my mac downloaded them from my
printer directly, i dunno why the netbook when scavanging the web...) but after about 1 hour of searching
i get an error message locking me out of explorer /which it was using for the search for some odd reason)
and then about 200 error windows later i get to the acuall driver rutine download search thingy and it says
that the hardware is no exsisten, if you dont have the original CD's please download the correct rutines.......

Sooooo yea explorer is fucked up, but i never use it (i have safari and firefox on mah netbook)
and i cant print from it.......something tells me that i should have saved my money and got a macbook pro and bootcamp instead.....




Btw my Photoshop is totaly acting up, it says important files missing right after startup,
then it changes name to "Adobe SpaceMonkey" and crashes..... you guys have any insight in that last part?xD

I congratulate you on not buying a Mac (you're not an elitist!). You might need to reinstall some stuff though...

I don't know what's wrong with your drivers... did you try downloading them directly from the printer's manufactures or something?

This is an easter egg coded into Photoshop, it appears when your installation is broken or badly cracked.

2. and solve all your problems, get linux, I suggest suse 11.0 its a good stable form that I run on my laptop.

The Photoshop thing is on my mac lol, btw can i instal CS4 on more than one comp with the same CD?
