I have that mod!! it never worked on my pc... and yes its a halo mod for it. I also got a starship troopers mod for hw 2(didnt work either =/)

well acuallt there is a team working on a total halo converstion for HW2, were every ship we know will appear,but in the mod im showing you only start with two covie ships, and thats about it (and they can produce seraphs) but just controling them is wonderful =D
(It works on mac)
