MA5B Assault rifle MKII Upgrade mod...

Hey people! I'm a slightly (VERY SLIGHT) experieced modder working on a super mod on the assault rifle. I've been working some skin bugs out and doing some other modding on it... but I need some help on some of the features...
• Need to know how to add zoom.
• Need to know how to make a new aiming reticle and zoom interface...
• How to change acuracy.

Anyone Know how to do any of these? They are mostly hex edit I think...
I might post pictures of how it looks so far... IF get info on any of the things above...

Hmmmmm..... I don't think there is any way to add zoom directly to weapons on a mac. But, what you can do is open up the pistol weap on the D swapper and change it's mod2 and all the graphics related tags to the assault rifles. That way, when you pick up the pistol it looks like the assault rifle and not only has zoom but the pistol's accuracy to. As for the new recticle and scope interface, I ThInK that their just bitmaps that you can skin. Oh and by the way I think that you can add accuracy directly to a weapon by changing the code around in hex edit, much like how you can change the speed of projectiles. Hope that this helps!

I KNOW you can add zoom on a mac. It's hexediting I think...But I'll try the pistol thing. Also...Maybe you can make a reticle for me...because I can't figure out how to edit the reticle bitmaps... And zoom interface...I'l try editing that...

Hey, as u know, I'm new and guess what? I know how to do that stuff u wanted to do. I can make it into a .map file that you can edit, or i can tell u how. It's your call and I'll be standing by.

Creating Zoom is easy using Eschaton 0.4, and so is increased accuracy, bullet speed, bullet spread and the amount of bullets fired. Its on Halomods.com, I believe, but if you can't find it IM me and I'll direct you to it.

Its for Halo, but you can get Halo for PC for 20 dollars.

i kno, but the person who is modding it is probably using a mac modding program.

yes, but not pc on mac, unless you convert and it has no meta swaps.
