Why WoW is so addicting

WoW is addicting because of all of the stuff you can get levels 60+, you play to get 60+ which is hard for the average player. They want to get it, but they cant, and they believe they can, so they keep playing.

ok here is the reason:

WoW is a social game, in order to have fun 99% of the time you have to have someone help you or help someone else. The same goes with most forums. they are like social networks that are good because it brings people with similar interests together and they have fun. they both are social networks. now i am going to make an example of another social network. you are a student at high school, you have a group of friends that you hang out with because of the interests that you both share, in some way you have a common interest. this is how the (i think i am going to spell this wrong) clicks are made. this is why people are judged on who they hang out with, they are then judged on their interests. with WoW, this has also allowed people to break down some social barriers. e.g. you go to a conference, you know nobody there, and you ask everyone in the room "Does anyone in here play WoW?" then you are sure to find at least one person that plays it. from there you can forge a conversation. So all in all WoW is like an interactive forum where people can be social without worrying about what other people think about them. this is a new concept from the traditional way of judging that we all get when going through high school.
