I found out on 4chan that the final volume of the Hellsing manga just came out in Japan. Apparently,

Integra loses an eye, becomes the Queen of England, and kills Alucard, Major is a robot, Anderson dies, and Seras gets a rival (similar to the Alucard/Anderson).

I've been reading the last few volumes online, and major is indeed a robot... I kind of died inside when i figured that out. It really seems like the story people ran out of ideas... I was kind of disappointed.
