Right click on your desktop and select new>shortcut. Then Name it whatever u want and for destination put "Shutdown -s -t 800 -c "ENTER YOUR FAKE MESSAGE HERE LIKE: FATAL ERROR! HARD DRIVE DUMPING IN 8 MINUTES." with quotes around the MESSAGE ONLY. Then select finish or whatever. So, then when you right click your new shortcut, select properties. Then select, "change icon". And change it to internet explorer or something. Then click on it and It'll shutdown your computer in 8 minutes and say whatever the message you put in. It's sooooo funny! Oh yeah, and it can be really usefull too. Like setting the time to 1 for 1 sec can be handy for a quick shut down. Also, if you need to turn it off, go to your start menu and click run. Then type in Shutdown -a or Shutdown -c or Shutdown -s. Can't remember which one works, lol. But one of them does, and it's awesome. So try this!
