Arena/Arcade

Pretty much every forum member will be in the arena, unless you don't want to be, that is.

SO - post what tier you want to be in (1-10), what level you are, how much health you have, how much strength, and how much gold and other stuff the player gets for killing you. Also, not everyone can be tier 10 and be super powerful, so try to be reasonable. I'm thinking someting like 6 characters in the lower tiers and like 3 in the higher ones.

Arcade masters: there will be 5 arcades in the game, each with there own "master" if you want to be a arcade master, you have to have at least 500 posts and have contributed alot to the forum. Then, post here what games you want to have in your arcade, and what your "highscore" is in all of them.

arcade masters are not in tiers, thats just arena people.

ohh arena, third weakest if it's ok? other wise don't care
strenght- not that strong, just stronger than the guys before
health- really high so that he takes a while to kill

can only be hurt by a certain weapon, if it's ok with you(if it is I'll pm you it, don't want to give it out to too many people )
when he dies he drops a scrole or a page out of a magic book that alows you to cast a bolt of lightning round your weapon(don't have to add, just thought it was a cool idea ) and a truna sandwich plus 100 gold coins

yeah it's ok that you can only be hurt with a certain weapon, I can make it so NPC's give clues and you have to go find/buy that weapon! PM me with what it is.

Ahr2nd, a really low health would be something like 25, and a really high one would be like 500. With strength, a low one would be 5 and a high one would be 100.

and if you want to be an arcade master, you need to post games that you want at your arcade.

Guess what I figured out!

You know how you can send e-mails via xbox live? Now you can make attachments from your hard drive and send them to other xbox live members and other xboxs! Also you can send them to your computer (I don't think that there is a program to open them.)

Reward: 4 Batteries & a 12 clip laser cannon (uses the batteries).

the game we are reffering to is a mac - only RPG that I am making, which will include a arcade that you can vist and play games at.

as for what kinds of games, i dunno arcadey stuff like, uhh, get through a maze in whatever time, or a first person time crisis like thing. make sure its something that i can program with out wasting my whole weekend

Ok, so make up my own games?

Name of game: Rotunda Rumble

Description: A circular platform slowly rotates as wave after wave of enemy appears in front of you. You cant walk past a certain length (8 feet should do it), you can strafe, and walk backwards, too.

Reward: 10 points = 5 gold 20 points = 10 gold and so on.

Points are determined by the amount of health you have at the end of the game.
If its 30 points, 5 is multiplied by 3 making it 15, then 40 making it 20.
SO: in 20 2x5=10 using the first number of the digit. in 12 12x5=55 using both digits. Determining points with health lost involves a lot of math, too If the user loses 10 health 10-100=90 It takes away 10 points giving the player 95 points (reduced by 5, AKA 100-10= -5 points out of 100)
Lets say the player loses 35 health and is left with 65 health(health is subtracted by 5 each hit from an enemy), so the player loses 14 points.
Each 10 health lost = 5 points lost but each 15 health lost = 1 more than 5(6) points lost. So that means 10=-5 but 15=-6.

Fuzzy logic here, eh? Thats how my mind kinda works all the time.

id liek to be one of the stronger people, but not an arcade master. I'd like to be a tier 10 guy

Strength: incredibly high (nearly as high as a game master if not equal to one)

Health: quite low for a tier 10

Armor: average

Speed: high (can swing his weapon very fast *more dmg in less time*)

weapons: bull whip (whips people), and the ability to regenerate health at extremely high rates (higher than any other character), and after killing ten npc's without dieing he gets to rip out the next enemies spine for an instant kill (mortal kombat style).

errm... thats all good except the health regeneration (there isn't any in the game)
