well, it kinda does. Also, ps3's overheat a lot and take up a shitload of energy. I had my ps3 on alone and it turned off a couple times along with everything else in the room b/c of a one-room power outage lol. I think ahr2nd was there with me when it happened.

what do you have in mind?

Firstlt make sure the moderator is not a heavy leet user.
Make sure he/se has not commited any offenses (heavy flaming, harrasment, porno linking).
Also give the moderator a test to see if he/she can handle various situatons.
As in: Someone who keeps spamming nonstop, SpamBot attacks, and sexual offenders who just might come to the site.
Then you would be able to choose a moderator knowing he/she will do a good job.
