The thing is, you can't kill anyone in that show. Seras gets a dagger thrown through her neck and sits there with it sticking out, Alucard died almost 20 times and he keeps on coming back, and Integra tried to kill herself and stabbed herself in neck several times trying to kill herself and she survived. WTF.

Here are some other anime/manga I've seen/read with Vampires that you might like:
Hellsing Ultimate: Duh! Trinity Blood: I've only seen 1 or 2 full episodes. It's on Cartoon Network. Moon Phase: She's a vampire; seriously. Chibi Vampire: I'm the only person I know, who likes this manga. Just came out on DVD recently also. Negima: Has a vampire featured.
